The importance of a good training espacially in our territory shows if one tries to hire a 3D-Artist. Usually, it takes more than a simple course. It might sound conservative but some things have to be learned from the very beginning. One has to go through things like working on a bad mesh for hours to understand the sense of being extra accurate from the outset.

And nothing can do better than a correct apprenticeship. With us there is no cooking coffee and sweeping the floor; with us the is pure interaction and learning by doing!
